About data processing

Below you can read how we process your data, where we store it, what security techniques we use and for whom the data is accessible.

MyDomain Webshop Software

Our web shop has been developed with software from MineDomain. Personal data that you make available to us for the purpose of providing our services will be shared with this party. MyDomain has access to your data in order to provide us with (technical) support, they will never use your data for any other purpose. MineDomain is obliged, on the basis of the agreement that we have concluded with them, to take appropriate security measures. MyDomain uses cookies to collect technical information regarding your use of the software, no personal data is collected and/or stored.

Purpose of data processing

We use your data only for the purposes of our service provision. This means that the purpose of the processing is always directly related to the assignment you provide. We do not use your data for (targeted) marketing. If you share data with us and we use this data to contact you at a later time, other than at your request, we will explicitly ask for your consent. Your data will not be shared with third parties, other than in order to comply with accounting and other administrative obligations. These third parties are all kept confidential under the agreement between them and us or an oath or legal obligation.

Automatically collected data

Data collected automatically by our website is processed for the purpose of further improving our service. This data (e.g. your IP address, web browser and operating system) is not personal data.

Cooperation in tax and criminal investigations

Where applicable, on the basis of a legal obligation, we may be required to share your data in connection with tax or criminal investigation by the government. In such a case, we will be obliged to share your data, but we will object to this within the possibilities provided by law.

Retention periods

We retain your data as long as you are a customer of us. This means that we will keep your customer profile until you indicate that you no longer wish to use our services. If you indicate this to us, we will also consider this to be a forgetting request. Due to applicable administrative obligations, we are required to keep invoices containing your (personal) data, so we will keep this data for as long as the applicable period runs. However, employees will no longer have access to your customer profile and documents that we have produced following your assignment.

You will then receive a response to your request within 30 days. If your request is accepted, we will send you a confirmation to the e-mail address known to us that the data will no longer be processed until you lift the restriction.

Right to portability

You always have the right to have the data that we (let) process and which relate to your person or are traceable to this, carried out by another party. You can make a request in this respect to our contact person for privacy matters. You will then receive a response to your request within 30 days. If your request is accepted, we will send you copies or copies of all data about you that we have processed or that has been processed on our behalf by other processors or third parties to the e-mail address known to us. Right of objection and other rights
